3. Prices, availability, and selections

  • Prices and availability may vary based on the selected departure date, route, hotel category, transfer options, and other selectable conditions.
  • While we strive for accuracy, availability can change quickly. Where applicable, the most current information is confirmed at the time of booking/confirmation.

4. Cancellation and refunds (high-level)

Cancellation, refund, and related consequences depend on the terms of the selected tour and the applicable contract conditions, including the itinerary and any provider-imposed rules. For distance contracts, consumer cancellation rights apply in accordance with the law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, podmatrixnet.com and its personnel are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from changes in schedules, force majeure circumstances, or third-party actions beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
